To maintain the highest possible customer service and good prices, all contact with individuals regarding existing orders is done via email.

Questions regarding collection notices for packages
All our packages to private persons are shipped with Schenker. If you have received your collection notice, questions concerning your package are best answered by Schenker. If you have not received your notice please contact us. A common mistake is that customers enter the wrong address or wrong SMS number which prevents the notice from being received.

Questions about billing / payment etc.
We have contracted Klarna AB manage invoicing for our web shop. We therefore send the invoice and package separately, meaning that they will sometimes arrive at different times. You are welcome to wait for a day if you received the invoice prior to the package.
