My package has not arrived, what do I do?
Log in to My Account and check your contact information. Contact us and enter your customer data so we can track your package.

I have received a package but no bill?
Superfruit sends the invoice and package separately. Therefore it can take 1-2 working days between the arrival of the invoice and the arrival of the package. The invoice will be sent by email if you, as a customer, have a registered email. If you have any questions about your bill please contact:

I have received an invoice but no package?

How long is the delivery time?
Normally 2-4 days. With special promotions & high loads it may take a few extra days.

How long do I have to cancel?
According to the consumer agreement the customers has 14 days after your item has been received, however this only applies if the item is unused and the packaging is unbroken. Please contact Superfruit before you return your item.

What if I am not satisfied with the product?
Return the product in an envelope and please send an explanation of why you are not satisfied. Do not forget to send in your contact details and account details so we can send a replacement to you.
