Coconut Sugar

Coconut palm sugar or coconut sugar tastes fruity, like brown sugar and raw sugar. Coconut palm sugar is, as its name suggests, comes from the coconut palm. The actual sap is gently gathered from the flowers and is then reduced into thick syrup. The syrup is then dried and ground into sugar making for a natural and organic end product result. Coconut palm sugar has a GI of around 35, which is to be compared with, for example, cane sugar that has a GI of around 68.

Coconut Flour
Superfruits Coconut Flour contains more than 40% Fiber and is ideal for use in cooking. You can add extra Fiber to your drinks, juices and smoothies with a tablespoon of our coconut flour.
