Chocolate biscuits with baobab

Chocolate biscuits full of flavor, baked without sugar, flour and butter! With lots of vitamins, fiber and healthy fats.


approx. 15 pcs

300 ml oat flakes 0.5 tsp baking powder  
25 ml Superfruit baobab a pinch of salt  
1 egg 50 ml Superfruit RAW cacao powder  
100 ml Superfruit coconut oil 25 ml Superfruit RAW cacao nibs  
50 ml Superfruit agave syrup    

Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius. Mix coconut oil and agave syrup, then add the egg. Mix together remaining ingredients and mix them with the egg mixture. Place batter in plastic foil and make a 5 cm thick roll, put the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then cut the frozen dough into 1 cm thick slices and place them on a baking  tray with baking paper. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes.
