Chocolate mud cake with cocoa nibs


A healthier and more chocolate-flavored version of the classic mud cake, baked with coconut palm sugar that has a low GI.


1 cake

2 eggs 100 ml flour  
300 ml Superfruit coconut palm sugar 4 tbsp Superfruit raw cacao powder  
150 ml melted cooled butte 2 tbsp vanilla sugar  
100 ml Superfruit cocoa nibs 1 pinch of salt  

Whisk eggs and sugar, then mix in the remaining ingredients. Grease a round pan with a removable rim and sprinkle it with crumbs, and then bake for 30 minutes at 175 ° C in the middle of oven.
