Crispbread with hemp seeds


A gluten-free alternative TO KNÄCKEBRÖD (Swedish crispbread), MADE with NUTRITIONAL SEEDS. Easy to make, super tasty to eat!


ca. 20-25 pieces

200 ml cornflour 150 ml rapeseed oil  
100 ml pumpkin seeds 200 ml boiling water  
100 ml Superfruit Hemp seeds 1 ml salt  
100 ml sesame seeds    

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Spread the batter on a sheet of baking paper and place another sheet on top. Press the mixture with your hands until it is evenly distributed over the lower baking paper. Place on a plate and remove the upper paper. Cut a diamond pattern to the desired size of crispbread pieces. Bake in the oven for about 50 minutes until the bread is a light brown colour.
