Mulberry Cookies


Mulberry makes the cookies juicy and nutty! They are easy to add to a lot of different types of cookie recipes.


approx. 20 pcs

200 ml Superfruit mulberry, coarsely chopped 0,5 oatmeal  
120 g soft butter 0,5 tsp baking powder  
1 egg ¼ tsp salt  
100 ml Superfruit coconut palm sugar 80 g Superfruit nibs+chocolate  
150 ml flour 1 lime  

Beat butter and sugar until it’s creamy, then stir in the egg. Fold in flour, oatmeal, baking soda and salt. Zest the lime and mix together with mulberry and nibs + chocolate into the batter. Roll up the cookie dough into a 5 cm thick roll using cling wrap or baking paper and place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Slice 1cm thick slices and bake at 200°C on a sheet of baking paper for 10 minutes.
