Gluten free Protein bread


It is tasty, nutritious and super easy to make your own EXTRA PROTEIN BISCUITS. Here is a BAKED variant WITH rice protein 


ca. 6 pieces

1 egg 100 ml almond milk  
1.5 tbsp Superfruit Rice protein 200 ml buckwheat flakes  
200 ml Superfruit Almond flour 1 tsp Superfruit Agave syrup  
1 tbsp Superfruit Chia pinch of salt  
2 tbsp Superfruit Coconut oil Poppy seeds  
2 tbsp Superfruit Coconut oil    

Grind the chia seeds into flour in a mixer. Grind the fennel seeds. Mix the eggs, almond milk, agave syrup and melted coconut oil in a bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients, shape into balls and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for about 30 minutes.
