Scones with almond or coconut


Bake super simple LCHF scones using either almond flour or coconut flour.

Almond Bread:
1 egg
Coconut Bread:
2 egg
200 ml Superfruit almond flour 100 ml Superfruit coconut flour  
1 pinch baking powder 1 pinch baking powder  
1 tbsp butter or fat 2 tbsp butter or fat  

To make the scones, mix all ingredients and roll the dough into two scones, bake them at 200°C until the bread's gets a nice tanned color.
