Chocolate & coconut bar


A delectable morsel with a lot of almond, coconut and chocolate flavor. A good, natural and somewhat healthier alternative for cosy Fridays!


approx. 20 pcs

500 ml Superfruit Almond flour 0,5 tsp salt  
250 ml coconut flakes 1 tbsp Superfruit Agave syrup  
100 ml almond butter 2 tsp vanilla flavoring  
150 ml Superfruit Coconut oil 100 g dark chocolate  
1 tbsp Superfruit Coconut flour    

Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan. Mix in all the other ingredients and then stir in the oil, mix well. Line an approximately 15x20 cm large pan with baking paper, a tip is to take a lunch box with a plastic lid! Pour the mixture into the pan and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours until the mixture has set. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and spread it evenly over the cold cake, let it sit for about 10 minutes in the fridge so that the chocolate has just begun to set. Remove the cake and cut it into pieces before putting it back into the fridge until the chocolate has set completely, then kept in the fridge.
