Protein balls with chocolate flavour


Try making your own protein balls, the perfect snack for after training or at work. Here with a clear taste of chocolate.


ca. 10 balls

8 dates 50 ml water  
100 ml Superfruit Mulberries 1 tbsp Superfruit Coconut oil  
100 ml almonds 50 ml Superfruit Cacao nibs  
100 ml Superfruit Rice protein 100 ml Superfruit Cacao powder  
50 ml Superfruit Hemp protein    

Soak the mulberries and possibly the dates in water. When they are soft, mix them together with the rest of the ingredients into a smooth paste. Shape into balls and roll in sesame seeds or something similar. Store in the freezer and for a great taste, eat the balls while they are still slightly frozen.
