Raw Hemp Protein bar


This Raw food protein bar contains everything you might need before and after your workout! RAW, vegan, lactose and gluten free - it's up to you now!


approx. 10-12 pcs

100 ml Superfruit Hemp Protein 6 st dried figs  
50 ml Superfruit Chia Seeds 2 tbsp Superfruit Acai Powder  
50 ml Superfruit Inca Berries 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice  
50 ml almond (+0.5dl chopped for decoration) 1 tbsp honey  
50 ml hazelnuts 1 tsp cinnamon  
1 tsp vanilla extract    

Mix all dry ingredients in a food processor. Then put in the pressed lemon juice and honey. Blend until smooth. Roll out the dough using cling wrap. Sprinkle chopped almonds on both sides. Cut into bars. Tip! Grease the knife with a bit of oil so it wont stick to the dough. Alternative! Balls and bars can obviously be made with a lot fewer ingredients. Dare to experiment and find your own favorites.
