Beetroot balls


A nutritious snack with beetroot and acai. Does not contain gluten or lactose. Take it with you to work, the gym or why not on a shopping trip!


ca. 10 balls

2 tbsp Superfruit Beet, beetroot powder 6 medjool dates, stoned  
1 tbsp Superfruit Acai 3 tbsp flaked coconut  
100 ml Superfruit Almond flour 2 tbsp Superfruit Coconut oil  
3 tbsp water 100 ml buckwheat flakes  
1 ml cinnamon 1 ml cardamom  

Mix the dates, water, coconut oil and almond flour in a blender until smooth. Pour into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients and mix. Chop hazelnuts to roll the balls in. Store the balls in the refrigerator or freezer.
