Chia fresca


Omega 3 and dietary fibers! Do as the legendary running people Tarahumara in Mexico. A good and easy way to start the day, or as a power up before your marathon!


1 glass / portion

1 glass of water 1 lime, squeezed  
1 tbsp Superfruit chia seeds 0.5 tbsp Superfruit agave syrup  
Stir in the chia seeds in water. Let them soak for a few minutes and then stir. The longer they are in the water the more gel is created. Add 1 squeezed lime and sweeten with honey to taste. Tip! You can also use chia seeds in baking, smoothies etc. The lime can be replaced with lemon.
