Almond milk


You can easily make your own almond milk from our organic almond flour. It will be tasty and free from additives.


ca. 1 litre

125 g Superfruit Almond flour    
1 litre water    
1 ml vanilla powder    
1 tsp Superfruit Agave syrup (to taste)    

Mix the almond flour, vanilla powder, agave syrup and half the water in a bowl and let it stand and swell for about 40 minutes. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend it until smooth. Add the remaining water and pour the mixture into a nut milk bag, press out the milk and pour into the bottle. Keeps in the refrigerator for about 5 days. The left over pulp from straining your milk is excellent for baking or making raw food bars.
