Acai marmelade


Try to make a marmalade that is completely RAW, with a fruity flavor and boosted with acai.


1 small jar

1 apple 3 tbsp Superfruit Chia seeds  
1 pear 1 tbsp Superfruit Acai powder  
1 tbsp honey juice of half a lemon  

To make the marmalade, run the apple and pear juice through a juice centrifuge, then mix all the ingredients together and let stand in a cool place. Stir occasionally to become a jam. Keeps for approximately 1 week in fridge.
