To make your own nut-based butter to put on your sandwich can be a piece of cake with the help of a blender. This recipe gives you a mild and natrual flavoured cashew butter that you consume just as it is or with a flavouring of your choice, for example cacao

Ingredients

1 can

350 ml (200g) Superfruit Cashews, natural    
75 ml Superfruit Coconut oil    
water    
salt    

Soak the nuts for at least 4 hours. Melt the coconut oil and mix together with the nuts in a powerful blender. Add water until it turns into a creamy butter. Add salt. The butter will keep for about one week in the refrigerator.
