Swedish Crispbread with chia


Tasty, healthy, and super easy to do, there's no excuse not to try this wonderful crunchy alternative to breakfast sandwiches. Packed with omega 3 and dietary fiber.

100 ml flour 50 ml Superfruit Chia seeds  
100 ml rye flour 50 ml canola oil  
100 ml peeled sesame seeds 250 ml boiling water  
100 ml sunflower seeds salt flakes  
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Mix all the dry ingredients and then pour in the water and canola oil and mix it all to a smooth batter. Pour the batter onto a sheet pan covered with baking paper, then place another sheet of baking paper on top and press the batter evenly over the tray. Remove the top baking paper and cut out squares, sprinkle salt flakes over the batter. Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes until loaves are slightly browned and have become hard. Let cool on a rack.
