Fibre-rich porridge with chia


A porridge that is very filling and good for the stomach! Chia seeds also gives you all the omega 3 you need for the day!


1 servings

250 ml water 2 tbsp Superfruit Chia Seeds  
2 prunes 50 ml graham flour  
1 tbsp Superfruit Blueberries 1 pinch salt  
2 tbsp wheat bran    

Mix water, plums, blueberries, wheat bran and chia seeds in a pot the night before you want to eat the porridge. Leave in the fridge over night. Day two, boil the mixture for 5 minutes and mix in salt and graham flour. Serve with fresh berries or jam and milk.
