Greens & Protein Granola

Green granola

A tasty granola meal that gives you a good and nutritious start to the day. Make granola with a green boost!

Ingredients

8-10 portions

100 ml Superfruit Hemp Seeds 100 ml sunflower seeds 100 ml water
50 ml sesame seeds 0.5 ground flax seeds 2 tbsp Superfruit Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Superfruit Organic Greens 2 ml vanilla powder 1 tbsp honey
100 ml buckwheat flakes 100 ml pumpkin seeds  
     
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour the water and honey into a bowl and stir until the honey is dissolved into the water. Melt the coconut oil and add the honey/water mixture, then pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well. Spread the granola onto the baking sheet and bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring a few times. Add the raisins when the granola has cooled and store in a jar.
