Overnight oats with coconut & cranberry


Overnight oats is a perfect dish to prepare for tomorrows breakfast or lunch. Since the oats are not heated all the nutrition remains. Prepare your oats in a glass jar with a lid making it super easy to bring with you!


1 portion

100 ml oats    
1 tsp Superfruit Chia Seeds    
200 ml coconut milk    
Superfruit Dried Cranberries    

Mix oats, chia seeds and coconut milk in a bowl or a jar with a lid. Let the mixture set in the fridge over night or for 4 to 6 hours. Top it of with cranberries, pieces of apple and cinnamon eat and enjoy!
