Marmalade with cranberries & lemon


It's popular to make jam and juices yourself, you should try it too!


approx. 2 jars

0,5 lemon 250 ml water  
1 orange 200 ml granulated sugar  
150 ml Superfruit Cranberries    

Zest the lemon and orange, then squeeze out the juice. Chop the cranberries nicely, be aware of that they do swell. Mix in the lemon zest, lemon juice, orange zest, orange juice, cranberries and water in a pot and boil together for 5 minutes. Then add granulated sugar and cook on low heat for about 20 minutes, skimming occasionally. Pour the jam into jars and let cool. Store in fridge.
