Proteinbread without gluten


It's tasty, nutritious and so easy to make your own bread with extra protein. This recipe is made with rice protein. 


approx 6 pcs.

1 egg 100 ml almond milk  
1,5 tbsp Superfruit Rice Protein 200 ml buckwheat flakes  
200 ml Superfruit Almond Flour 1 tsp Superfruit Agave Syrup  
1 tbsp Superfruit Chia Seeds a pinch of salt  
2 tbsp Superfruit Coconut Oil Poppy seeds  
1 tbsp dried fennel seeds    

Grind chia seeds to a flour in a blender. Grind fennel seeds. Mix egg, almond milk, agave syrup and melted coconut oil in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, form to circles and top it of with poppy seeds. Bake at 150 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes.
