Raw granola with coconut oil and hemp seeds

Try to make a raw granola, for example, roast at a low temperature to keep all nutrients. This variant has a sweet taste of coconut, cardamom and cranberries!

Ingredients

approx.10 portions

300 ml oat flakes 1,5 tsp ground cardamom  
100 ml Superfruit Hemp seeds 50 ml Superfruit Coconut oil  
100 ml chopped walnuts 1,5 tbsp Superfruit Agave syrup  
150 ml chopped almonds 100 ml Superfruit Dried cranberries  
150 ml pumpkin seeds    
     
Preheat the oven to 42 degrees, put the coconut oil in an ovenproof bowl and place in the oven until the oil melts. Mix oat flakes, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and cardamom in a bowl, chop the walnuts and almonds and add to the mixture. Remove the coconut oil from the oven and add the agave syrup, mix the wet ingredients with the dry. Spread out the granola on a baking tray with paper and roast in the oven for at least 5 hours. Stir occasionally! When the granola is finished roasting, add the cranberries and store it canned or bottled.
