Beetroot bread

REPLACE WHEAT FLOUR WITH NUTRITIOUS BEETROOT POWDER AND GROUND CHIA SEEDS IN THIS MOIST AND FLAVOURSOME BREAD. GLUTEN AND LACTOSE FREE.

Ingredients

ca. 4 portions 

100 ml Superfruit Beet, beetroot powder 2 ml salt  
100 ml Superfruit Almond flour 200 ml oatmilk  
4 tbsp Superfruit Chia seeds 2 tsp baking powder  
100 ml quinoa flour Sesame seeds (topping)  
50g Superfruit Coconut oil    

Measure out the coconut oil and place in the fridge so that it becomes firm. Grind the chia seeds into a fine powder in a blender. Mix the chia flour, beetroot powder, quinoa flour, almond flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl and disperse the coconut oil into the mixture. Add the oatmilk and mix it all together to make a sticky dough, before allowing it to stand for a while. Divide the dough into four portions and roll into balls, flatten the balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the loaves and bake at 200 degrees in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
