Ginger cookies


Lovely sweet and spicy cookies with a soft core. Gluten-free and made entirely without sugar.


ca. 15 st

2,5 dl cashewnuts 2 tsp Superfruit Coconut flour  
2,5 dl medjool dates, pitted 1 tbsp Superfruit Coconut Oil  
1 tbsp ground ginger    

Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Lin a baking tin with baking sheets. 
Mix all ingredients using a powerful mixer. Roll the mixture into small balls and put on the baking tin. Flatten them out. Bake the cookies for about ten minutes or until golden brown. Let the cookies cool and then drizzle melted chocolate on top of them.
