Cardamom Cake


A juicy and tasty cake that is easy to make and does not contain gluten, lactose or white sugar. Serve with ice cream and berries as a delicious dessert!

approx. 14 pieces

125 g Superfruit Coconut oil 3 tbsp Superfruit Agave syrup  
2 tsp cardamom 3 dl Superfruit Almond flour  
a pinch of pure vanilla powder 2 tsp baking powder  
4 eggs a pinch of salt  
Set the oven to 175 degrees celsius. Dress an baking tin with baking paper. Melt the coconut oil in and mix in vanilla powder and cardamom (preferably freshly ground). Mix almond flour, salt and baking powder in a small bowl. Beat egg and agave syrup until it is really puffy and fluffy. Stir in the flour mixture and the oil mixture until you have a smooth batter, do not over work. Pour the batter into the baking tin and bake for approx. 30 minutes in the middle of the oven. When the cake has cooled slightly, you can easily lift it out with the paper. Eat the cake as it is or serve with ice cream, cream, berries or chocolate sauce!
