Mulled wine with inca berries


Try to easily make your own mulled wine, our rich mulled wine is spiced with, among other things, inca berries and cacao nibs.


approx. 1 liter

100 ml granulated sugar 3 pcs cinnamon sticks  
50 ml Superfruit coconut palm sugar 1 tbsp Superfruit cacao nibs  
150 ml brandy 2 pinches of ground cardamom  
1 bottle of full-bodied red wine 2 pinches of ground bitter orange  
50 ml Superfruit inca berries, roughly chopped a small piece of peeled ginger or  
15 pcs of clove 3 pinches if ground  

Heat the brandy and sugar over medium heat in a saucepan until the sugar has dissolved, then add the rest of the spices and wine. Heat to 70-80°C. If you want a fuller flavor, allow the mulled wine stand cold in the fridge overnight and then strain out the spices, but it is also perfectly fine to serve immediately after cooking!
