Vegan Chocolate Fudge


This is the best fudge you'll ever try! A smooth and rich chocolate flavour with a hint of coconut made entirely without dairy products.

50g Superfruit Coconut Oil, melted 1 dl Coconut Cream  
1,5 dl Superfruit Coconut Sugar 1 pinch of salt  
0,5 dl Superfruit Agavesirup add nuts of your choice  
1,5 tbsp Superfruit Raw Cacao powder    

Begin with melting the Coconut Oil in a saucepan. Add the remaining ingredients and let the mixture simmer for about 30 minutes, stir occasionally. Line a baking tin (approximatley 15x15 cm) with baking sheets. Pour the fudge in the tin and sprinkle nuts on top. Let the fudge cool down. Cut it in to pieces and store in the fridge. If the fudge gets sticky just put baking paper between the pieces or wrap each piece in greaseproof paper. A perfect gift!
