Piña colada ice-pops

Pinacolada pops_baobab_kokosolja_agave

Enjoy a cooling ice-pop with a good conscious! Plant based, raw and lactose free. A taste of coconut, pineapple and baobab.


approx. 3-4 pcs.

150 ml water 1 tsp Superfruit Baobab powder  
2 tsp Superfruit Agave syrup 50 g pineapple, frozen in chunks  
1 tbsp Superfruit Coconut oil 1 tsp grated coconut  

Mix all ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth mass. Pour into ice-cream moulds and let set in the freezer for approx five hours. Let the pops warm up for a bit in room temperature just before serving.
