Raw Goji sorbet

Tropisk gojisorbet

Making your own ice cream does not need to be difficult or contain a lot of sugar and lactose. Here is a simple and wonderful sorbet with a tropical flavour. Cool off with a nutritious sorbet this summer!


ca. 6 portions

75 ml Superfruit Goji powder 50 ml cashew nuts  
400 ml frozen mango 2 tbsp Superfruit Agave syrup  
100 ml freshly squeezed orange 1 tsp vanilla powder  
400 ml frozen strawberries 100 ml water  

Mix together all ingredients. To get a smooth and creamy ice cream you need to have a really powerful blender. Serve the ice cream right away or freeze it if you want an even firmer texture. In this case, let the ice cream thaw slightly before serving.
