Almond waffles


Hearty waffles made with almond flour, completely gluten-free and LCHF.


about 12 pcs

4 eggs 1 pinch salt  
250 ml Superfruit Almond flour 0,5 vanilla pod, seeds  
1-2 tbsp Superfruit Coconut oil 200 ml whipping cream  
2 tsp baking powder    

Whip the cream until fluffy. Beat eggs and vanilla seeds in a separate bowl, then mix in with the whipped cream. Mix the almond flour, salt and baking powder in a separate bowl and fold into the mixture of cream and eggs. Heat the coconut oil until it’s liquid and then add to the batter, saving some to grease the waffle iron with.
