Pea & Hemp pesto


Make a tasty, nutritious and simple variant of pesto using green peas and hemp seeds, with courgette and carrot pasta.


ca. 4 portions

1 garlic clove 0.5 avocado  
50 ml Superfruit Hemp seeds 6 leaves of fresh basil  
200 ml green peas, frozen Salt & pepper  
100 ml Superfruit Coconut oil, melted Water  

Boil the peas and pour them into a blender. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Dilute with water to the desired consistency. Shred three large carrots and zucchini in a spiralizer and serve with, for example, fried tofu.
