Chia Pancakes


Boost your pancakes with omega 3 and dietary fiber from chia seeds! The pancakes get a wonderfully filling volume and tastes just the same.


approx. 8 pcs

1 egg a pinch of salt  
200 ml flour 1 tbsp of Superfruit Chia seeds  
400 ml low-fat milk oil or butter for frying  

Whisk together the eggs and half of the milk, add the flour and whisk until no lumps are visible. Add the rest of the milk, salt and chia seeds, let sit for 15 minutes so that the chia seeds have time to swell. Fry on medium heat.
