Guacamole with spirulina


Add a little zest to the guacamole with spirulina! Dip vegetables, tortillas or serve with grilled meat. Success!


approx. 2 servings

2 ripe avocados 1-3 tsp Superfruit Spirulina  
1 tomato salt  
1 clove garlic pepper  
1 lemon cayenne pepper  
1 generous pinch of fresh coriander    

Blend the avocado, garlic, coriander, juice of one lemon and some spices. Rinse the tomato and cut it into pieces. Mix in spirulina, tomato and season to taste!
