Pesto with hemp seeds


Hemp seeds replaces the parmesan cheese in the pesto if you want to make it 100% vegan. The taste is identical and also contains plenty of omega fats and fiber.

100 ml almond 8 pieces sun dried tomatoes in oil  
100 ml Superfruit Hemp seeds 8 pcs olives without stones  
100 ml olive oil 1-2 cloves of garlic  
100 ml fresh basil 0,5 squeezed lemon  
300 ml fresh spinach a little sea salt  

First blend the almonds. Then add olive oil and remaining ingredients except hemp seeds in the blender. Keep blending until you are happy with the consistency. Toss in the hemp seeds and season to taste. Mix the pesto in with the pasta and grate some parmesan on top if you want. Tip! If you like a little spicier pesto add fresh chilli.
