Almond tidbits


Lovely small tidbits with almonds, raw chocolate, citrus and salt flakes. Easy to do with coconut oil and agave syrup with low GI.


approx. 15 pieces

100 g Superfruit Almond flour 50 g raw chocolate 70%  
1 tbsp Superfruit Coconut oil 1 lime and/or orange  
25 ml Superfruit Agave syrup salt flakes  

Mix the almond flour, coconut oil and agave syrup in a bowl and work into a smooth mass. Roll the mass to a length and split it up into about 15 pieces, then roll each piece into a ball. Grate the zest of any washed citrus fruit. Melt the chocolate over hot-water bath, if you want you can add a few drops of neutral oil in the chocolate to get a glossier surface. Dip each ball halfway into the chocolate and set them down with a non-dipped part on a dish with baking paper, sprinkle immediately with salt and zest. Put the dish in the fridge to solidify.
