Chocolate truffles


It doesn’t get tastier, healthier or easier to make a chocolate truffle than this!


ca. 25 truffles

100 ml Superfruit Coconut oil    
100 ml Superfruit RAW Cacao powder    
100 ml Superfruit Coconut sugar    
0.5 tsp pure vanilla powder    

Mix the coconut sugar with 1 tablespoon of boiling water and let the mixture stand and swell for 10-15 minutes, stirring until the sugar is melted down to a smooth paste consistency and is cool. Line a small square form with plastic or baking paper. Heat the coconut oil in a water bath until it melts and is slightly above room temperature. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you have a fine texture. Pour the batter into the lined baking tin and place it in the freezer until the truffles are set, about 30 minutes. Cut into pieces and serve. Keep refrigerated.
