Vegan Chocolate treats


These might just be the most delicious treats you've ever tasted! A soft and tasty chocolate flavour with hints of coconut, made without dairy products.


ca. 30 pieces

50g Superfruit Coconut oil, melted 100 ml Coconut cream  
150 ml Superfruit Coconut sugar 1 ml salt  
50 ml Superfruit Agave syrup Optional nuts  
1.5 tbsp Superfruit Raw Kakao powder    

Melt the coconut oil in a thick-bottomed pan. Add the remaining ingredients and let the mixture simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Line a mould of about 15 x 15 cm with greaseproof paper or fold baking paper into a form. Pour the mixture into the pan and possibly sprinkle dried and salted nuts of any kind. Let the treats cool. Cut them into pieces and store them in the fridge. If the treats become sticky, add baking paper between them, or wrap individually in greaseproof paper. A perfect gift to give away!
